The constitutionality of forced medicating in the absence of scientific evidence PDF Print E-mail

The constitutionality of forced medicating in the absence of scientific evidence of benefit was argued before the Supreme Court of Alaska by Jim Gottstein, J.D. Founder of The Law Project for Psychiatric Rights.

There is a web page about the case at http://psychrights.org/States/Alaska/CaseOne.htm and a story in the local paper about it at http://psychrights.org/States/Alaska/CaseOne/ADN2-12-04.htm.
